The detention center posts open-records hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and identifies Major Dinarte Pimentel at dpimentel@bullittky.com as records custodian. Posted copying terms include free inspection by appointment, $0.10 black-and-white pages, and free electronic delivery up to 4 MB. Larger electronic productions may require a $5 flash drive plus postage and advance invoice payment. Confirm current costs before ordering.
Court and State-Custody Questions
